Chapter 33

When You Hear Me and See Me, Give Your attention To My
Bodily Form and Breathe My Spirit-Presence

Every Form Of The Way Of The Heart Is Built Upon Two
Fundamental Exercises, Performed In The self-Transcending
Manner, In Meditation and In The General Context Of daily
life. These Two Exercises Are The Conscious Process and
Spirit-Conductivity.

Through The Progressive and Artfully Combined Exercises
Of The Conscious Process and Spirit-Conductivity, body, and
emotion, and breath, and speech, and all of mind, and
attention itself Must Be Yielded or Relaxed Into The By
Grace Revealed Spiritual Fullness Of Divine Being.

In The Way Of The Heart, The Practice Of
Spirit-Conductivity Itself Is An Exercise Of body, and
emotion, and Also breath, but Even speech, mind, and
attention Also Become Submitted Into The By Grace Revealed
Spirit-Current Whenever The Practice Of Spirit-Conductivity
Is Itself Aligned and Submitted To The Primary Practice That
Is The Conscious Process In The Way Of The Heart.

Therefore, You Must Yield or Relax the body Into The
Spirit-Current, In The Frontal Line, and In The Spinal
Line.

In Addition, You Must Yield or Relax emotion and Also the
breath itself Into The Spirit-Current, By Radiating
Feeling-Energy Boundlessly, From The Heart, In all
directions.

And You Must Exercise The Spirit-Current In The Circle
Via the breath-Cycle.

These Three Intentional Engagements Of The Spirit-Current
Are To Be Associated With Various bodily Locks and bodily
Attitudes, Such As I Have Described Them Relative To The
Context Of sexual “Conscious Exercise” and Sexual Communion,
and Relative To The Basic Circumstance Of Meditation.

And Any Of These Three Intentional Engagements Of The
Spirit-Current May Be Relaxed or Released In any moment Of
Practice In which The Conscious Process Progresses Into A
Depth That Is Inherently Oblivious To The Various Degrees Of
Such An Intentional Exercise.

Likewise, and In any moment Of Spirit-Conductivity In The
Way Of The Heart, You Must Yield or Relax speech, mind, and
attention Into The Spirit-Current, and This Exercise Is To
Be Associated With The Conscious Process Of Either
self-Enquiry Or A Form Of Spiritually Activated True Prayer
Or Feeling-Enquiry. And Any and Every Such Practice Requires
The Concentration Of speech, mind, and attention In The
Conscious Process, Even To The Ultimate Degree Of Merely
Witnessing, or Standing Prior To, all conditions, Inherently
Indifferent To Whether they Are Positive Or Negative Or
arising at all.

In The Fully Spiritually Activated Stages Of The Way Of
The Heart, The Fundamental Yoga Of Spirit-Conductivity Is
Fully Made Of The Three Parts I Have Indicated.

Thus, The First and Most Fundamental Part, Form, or
Exercise Of The Truly Seeing Yoga Of Spirit-Conductivity Is
Heart-Submission. This Is The Primary or Senior Part, Form,
or Exercise Of Such Spirit-Conductivity Practice, and It Is
The Natural Heart-Attitude, To Be Practiced At all times, In
Meditation and daily life.

The Second Part, Form, or Exercise Of The Truly Seeing
Yoga Of Spirit-Conductivity Is Persistent Relaxation Of the
body Into The Spirit-Current, Via the bodily base, Along the
spinal axis, and Toward The Crown Of the head. If This
Second Exercise Of Spirit-Conductivity Becomes A Right and
Constant Practice, The Spinal Line Will Tend To Remain
Naturally Polarized To The Brain Core, and The Frontal Line
Will Tend Naturally To Remain Polarized To the bodily base,
So That the frontal personality Is Generally Relaxed and
Free Of Stress, and The Frontal Line Operates Without
Obstruction.

The Third Part, Form, or Exercise Of The Truly Seeing
Yoga Of Spirit-Conductivity Is Spirit-Conductivity Via lung
breathing Exercises. This Exercise Is Built Upon and
Intended To Support and Extend The Work Of The First Two
Parts or Exercises. The Exercise Of lung-breathing
Spirit-Conductivity Is To Be Frequently Engaged During The
Spiritually Activated Exercise Of self-Enquiry, and It Is To
Be Frequently Engaged During The Spiritually Activated
Exercise Of Any By Me Given Form Of True Prayer. Likewise,
The Exercise Of lung-breathing Spirit-Conductivity Is To Be
Frequently Engaged In The Context Of daily life. However,
lung-breathing Spirit-Conductivity Is Only An Occasional or
Random Exercise.

Until Hearing-Based Spirit-Conductivity Begins To
Develop, By Grace, In The Would-Be-Seeing, or Progressively
Seeing, Stage Of The Way Of The Heart, A Similar Three-Part
Exercise Of Conductivity Is Also To Be Practiced By All
Student-Beginners, Beginning “Lay Congregationists”, and
Beginning “Lay Renunciate” Practitioners Of The Way Of The
Heart.

In The Case Of Student-Beginners and Beginning “Lay
Congregationist” Practitioners and Beginning “Lay
Renunciate” Practitioners Of The Way Of The Heart, and Also
all those “Lay Congregationist” Practitioners and “Lay
Renunciate” Practitioners Of The Way Of The Heart who Are
Not Yet Spiritually Active In their Practice Of The Way Of
The Heart, The Three-Part Exercise Of Conductivity Is
Specifically One Of Conductivity Of the Natural energy ,
Rather Than Fully Presumed Conductivity Of The By Grace
Revealed Spirit-Current. Indeed, In The Way Of The Heart,
The Direct and Potentially Complete Responsibilities For
Actual Spirit-Conductivity Can Be Directly and Fully
Presumed Only By Practitioners In The Would-Be-Seeing, or
Progressively Seeing, Stage Of The Way Of The Heart who Are,
By Grace, Beginning To Become Sensitive and Responsive To My
Spiritual Blessing-Presence, and By Any and All
Practitioners Of The Way Of The Heart who Are Formally
Acknowledged To Be Practicing The Way Of The Heart On The
True and Full Basis Of The Actual Heart-Seeing Of Me.

For All Student-Beginners, All Beginning “Lay
Congregationist” Practitioners, All Beginning “Lay
Renunciate” Practitioners, and All Not Yet Spiritually
Sensitive Would-Be-Seeing Practitioners Of The Way Of The
Heart, The First and Most Basic Exercise Of The Three-Part
Exercise Of Conductivity Is Heart-Submission. And Such Is
The Natural Heart-Attitude, Which Is To Be Practiced By
Means Of The Responsive Feeling-Contemplation Of My Bodily
Form, and Which Is To Be Practiced At all times, In
Meditation and daily life.

The Second Part, Form, or Exercise Of The Basic Yoga Of
Conductivity For All Student-Beginners, All Beginning “Lay
Congregationist” Practitioners, All Beginning “Lay
Renunciate” Practitioners, and All Not Yet Spiritually
Sensitive Would-Be-Seeing Practitioners Of The Way Of The
Heart Is Persistent Relaxation Of the body Along the spinal
axis, and This Is To Be Practiced Toward The Simple Result
Of Right Natural Polarization Of The Spinal Line, and Right
Natural Polarization Of The Frontal Line, Which I Have Also
Described In The Case Of Practitioners In The Seeing Stages
Of The Way Of The Heart.

And The Third Part, Form, or Exercise Of Conductivity
That Is To Be Practiced By All Student-Beginners, All
Beginning “Lay Congregationist” Practitioners, All Beginning
“Lay Renunciate” Practitioners, and All Not Yet Spiritually
Sensitive Would-Be-Seeing Practitioners Of The Way Of The
Heart Is Conductivity Via lung-breathing Exercises Of
Feeling and breath.

My early-life Devotees In The Way Of The Heart Are To
Engage A Simpler Technical Version Of This Three-Part
“Conscious Exercise” Of Conductivity. My early-life Devotees
In The Way Of The Heart Should Begin The “Conscious
Exercise” Of Conductivity By Adapting To The Practice Of
Heart-Submission To Me, and To The Practice Of
Feeling-Relinquishment Of self-Contraction, and The
Radiating Of Heart-Feeling, and Then they Should Also Adapt
To The Practice Of Relaxing the body-mind Along The Spinal
Axis, and, Thirdly, My early-life Devotees Should Also Adapt
To Simple lung-breathing Exercises Of Feeling and breath.
And Maturing early-life Devotees Should Adapt To The
Somewhat More Technical Version Of The Three-Part Exercise
Of Conductivity As I Have Described It For adult
Student-Beginners Of The Way Of The Heart.

As I Have Already Indicated, Simple Conductivity, or The
“Conscious Exercise” Of Conductivity Practiced By All
Student-Beginners, All Beginning “Lay Congregationist”
Practitioners, All Beginning “Lay Renunciate” Practitioners,
and All Not Yet Spiritually Sensitive Would-Be-Seeing
Practitioners Of The Way Of The Heart Is To Be Presumed and
Engaged Simply As An Exercise Of the Universal etheric, or
pranic, energy-field that Naturally Pervades the body.
However, Because Such Conductivity Practice Is Done In, and
As A Part Of, Responsive Feeling-Contemplation Of My Bodily
Form, and, Tacitly, My Spiritual Presence and My Very State,
Spontaneous Evidence Of My Transmitted Spiritual Presence
May, By Grace, Appear Even To My early-life Devotee, My
Student-Beginner Devotee, My Beginning “Lay Congregationist”
Devotee, or My Beginning “Lay Renunciate” Devotee. In Any
Case, and Even Though Some Spontaneous Evidence Of
Spirit-Conductivity May Thus Appear Even In The Case Of Any
early-life Devotee, Student-Beginner Devotee, Beginning “Lay
Congregationist” Devotee, or Beginning “Lay Renunciate”
Devotee In The Way Of The Heart, The Level Of Presumed
Responsibility Should Otherwise Remain Simply That Of An
early-life Devotee, or A Student-Beginner Devotee, or A
Beginning “Lay Congregationist” Devotee, or A Beginning “Lay
Renunciate” Devotee.

The Technical Exercise Of Conductivity In The Spiritually
Awakened Stages Of The Way Of The Heart Is Itself
“Spirit-Breathing”, or Total Participation Of the body-mind
In The Natural Movement Of The Living Spirit-Current,
Whether Or Not lung-breathing Practices Are Engaged.
Concentrated Use Of lung-breathing Conductivity Exercises
Is, In The Way Of The Heart, Generally Useful In daily life,
and Such Is Also Useful As A General Preparation For
Deepening Meditation, but The Primary Means For “Breathing”
the Natural etheric energy and The Spirit-Current Are
Constant Heart-Submission and Persistent bodily Relaxation
Into the Universal etheric energy-field and The
Spirit-Current, At and From The Heart, and Also Along The
Spinal Axis, base Toward Crown, and Also In The Pattern Of
The Circle, Descending In The Frontal Line and Ascending
Along The Spinal Line.

In The Ascending Stages Of The Way Of The Heart, There
Must Be Constant Submission Of attention To Me Via The
Spirit-Current At and, Perhaps Eventually, Above The Ajna
Door, Whether Or Not There Is Extensive Present bodily
Awareness. Indeed, In The Context Of That Meditative Process
Of Ascent, Even the body itself Will At times Relinquish The
lung-breathing Process In Spontaneous Kumbhak, or Temporary
Suspension Of lung-breathing, In Which Spirit-Conductivity
Continues Via A Natural Process.

In The Ascending Stages Of The Way Of The Heart, The
Conscious Process Can Be Engaged Without Any Intentional or
Technical Association With The lung-breathing Cycle.
However, whenever Any Form Of The Conscious Process Is
Engaged In The General Pattern Of The Circle Of the
body-mind, It Will Often Tend To Fall Into Association With
The Spontaneous Exercise Of lung-breathing Conductivity, and
This Natural Association Can Also Be Made Intentionally.
Thus, For Example, Either self-Enquiry Or The Mahamantra,
Neither Of Which Is To Be Synchronized With every breath,
May, In The Context Of The Ascending Practice Of The Way Of
The Heart, and Especially In Meditation, Be Engaged On any
inhalation or exhalation, While Focusing attention Upwards
and At The Ajna Door. And The Mahamantra, and Even Any Other
By Me Given Form Of Ascending True Prayer, Would, Most
Basically and Most Often, Be Thus Engaged While inhaling To
The Ajna Door, Whereas self-Enquiry Will Tend To Occur At
Random, or In Random Conjunction With every part of the
breath-Cycle and all the gestures of attention.
