In The Way Of The Heart, The lung-breathing Spirit-Conductivity Exercises Are Preparatory or Secondary Practices. When These Spirit-Conductivity Exercises Become Your Appropriate Discipline, Practice Them At Random and For relatively brief periods. Then Simply Let The Spirit-Current Carry You.

If Practice Of The Way Of The Heart Really Advances Into The Fifth Stage Process and Practice Of Ascent, Let attention Collect In The Brain Core Via The By Me Given Conscious Process and The By Me Given Exercises Of Conductivity, and Release all bodily, sensory, and conceptual activities. Let all those activities rise or pass on their own. Whatever arises or passes, Abide In The Asana Of Upward attention In The Spirit-Current. Eventually, The Knot In The Brain Core Will Relax, and The Spirit-Current May Even Pass Above and Beyond The Ajna Door. And This Greater Ascent Will Tend To Continue To The Degree Of Utterly Ecstatic Immersion In The Ascended Spirit-Radiance, Excluding all objects. After That, If Even all limitations and limited Realizations In The Circle Of the body-mind Are Effectively Transcended, The Spirit-Current Will Find Its Heart-Root, On The Right Side, and The Free Position Of The Witness-Consciousness Will Suddenly Be Realized. Then The Witnessing Function Of Consciousness Will Be Resolved In Consciousness Itself, or The Transcendental Self-Position Itself, Even In object-Excluding Jnana Samadhi. Finally, There Is “Open Eyes”, Culminating In Divine Translation.
