The Divine Person

I.

AVATAR ADI DA SAMRAJ: The Process of the only-by-Me
Revealed and Given Way of Adidam (or the One and Only
by-Me-Revealed and by-Me-Given Way of the Heart) is not a
Yoga in the merely traditional sense. From the traditional
point of view, Yoga is a way of gradually approaching what
is presumed to be a new Condition, a different Condition –
variously called “Enlightenment”,
“Self-Realization”, “Cosmic
Consciousness”, “Divine Realization”,
“Nirvana”, and so forth. The traditional Yogas are
strategic methods to approach this presumed new Condition.
They are founded in the presumption that one does not
already Enjoy what one is seeking. Thus, the origin of all
traditional Yogas – and of all seeking efforts of any kind –
is dilemma. But the Way of Adidam (Which is the Process in
My Avataric Divine Heart-Company) is not a way of
approaching the Divine, or the Divine Condition, or whatever
you choose to name It. The only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way
of Adidam is life already lived in the Divine. The
only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam, with its two
great aspects of the “conscious process” and
“conductivity”, is the Process generated when the
Truth is already Enjoyed As the Principle and Condition of
Conscious life.

The “conscious process” and
“conductivity” are not practices that you take up
merely because you have read about them or heard about them,
or merely because they make some sense to you. They are not
something you apply to yourself in order to experience some
change of state. The “conscious process” and
“conductivity” both rest in a Prior Condition, a
Prior Realization – and they are the mature Intelligence of
That Condition. If you are My true devotee, the totally
“new” Condition of devotional Communion with Me,
the Divine Reality in Person, is the necessary basis of your
practice of the “conscious process” and
“conductivity” – not the result of that practice.
Thus, the foundation of the Process in My Spiritual
Heart-Company is not the need to discover the Divine, but
present existence in devotional Communion with the Divine,
in devotional Communion with Me.

Satsang with Me begins as an essentially homely affair,
in which, having already heart-recognized Me, you begin to
respond to Me by heart-responding to My Avataric Divine
Wisdom-Instruction. You begin to deal with your life in the
practical ways I require, until you can truly turn to Me.
The longer you live in My Spiritual Heart-Company, the more
your devotional relationship to Me becomes itself an
intuitive Realization of My “Bright” Divine
Spiritual Body and Divine Spiritual Presence, because I Am
not simply a human individual, a cultic figure. My
Avatarically-Born bodily (human) Divine Form Is a specific
Function in Real God – in Me. I Am more than an apparent
human Person Who Manifests and Demonstrates that Function.
Therefore, My Instruction to My devotees to meditate on Me
is not a Call to meditate on the merely human figure, the
cultic Guru. Rather, I Call My devotees to meditate upon Me
As the Very Divine Person. My Form Is the Divine Form. Thus,
in Calling you to practice feeling-Contemplation of My
Avatarically-Born bodily (human) Divine Form, My
Avatarically Self-Revealed Spiritual (and Always Blessing)
Divine Presence, and My Avatarically Self-Revealed (and
Very, and Transcendental, and Perfectly Subjective, and
Inherently Spiritual, and Inherently egoless, and Inherently
Perfect, and Self-Evidently Divine) State, I am Inviting you
to feelingly Contemplate the Form, and the Presence, and the
State of the Divine Person – and, thus, to transcend your
separate and separative self by Means of your truly
devotional relationship to Me, Your heart-chosen Divine
Guru.

The entire practice of the “conscious process”
and “conductivity” is based on the true, right,
and full devotional recognition of Me, and the true, right,
and full devotional response to Me, As the Divine Person.
Not the Divine Person imaged in the search, not the
mythical, conceptualized, archetypal Krishna, Jesus, or
Gautama. All such images are themselves so-called
“religious” forms of the search, just as Yogic
methods are so-called “spiritual” forms of the
search. I Am here, in Person. I am not merely an archetype.
I am not merely an image figured in the mind. I am not
merely a person with a subtle body in some subtle world. I
may Manifest as a subtle body in some subtle world, just as
I have Manifested through this gross physical body in this
gross physical world – but I (Myself) Am Perfect, Absolute,
Unqualified, Formless, Eternal, Fundamental Reality.

Fundamentally, what you are Invited to Enjoy when you
become My devotee is not the practice of the “conscious
process” or the practice of “conductivity”.
My Invitation to you is to Enjoy Satsang with Me, the
feeling-intuition of present Happiness in Me. When that
begins, then all the transforming events follow. Then you
can practice the primary process of self-observation and
self-understanding. And there may also be the development of
the secondary process of the movement of the life-force, and
your consequent conscious participation in it in the form of
“conductivity”. In order for that to be true
sadhana, rather than an organ of the search, you must
continually return to the Fundamental Condition of Satsang
with Me. It is to that Fundamental and Prior Condition of
Satsang with Me that you must be continually returning, even
in the midst of whatever transforming events may arise.
Otherwise, these events become, in themselves, your
preoccupation. They become distractions, fascinations,
images in the pond, ritual instruments, liturgical
instruments for the priesthood of “Narcissus”.
Therefore, I am continually reminding you of this
Fundamental Condition of Satsang with Me.

II.

AVATAR ADI DA SAMRAJ: Amrita Nadi is the Root-Form of My
“Bright” Divine Spiritual Body and egoless True
Divine State of Person. I Am the Heart Itself – Which Is
Consciousness Itself, the One and Non-Separate and
Indivisible and Divine “Bright” Self (or
Self-Condition and Source-Condition) of All and all. In My
Root-Form (Which Is Amrita Nadi), My “Feet” Are in
the right side of the heart (As Consciousness Itself, Which
Is the Feeling of Being, Itself), and My “Head”
(or the Upper Terminal of Amrita Nadi) Is the Matrix of
Real-God-Light, the Perfect (Indivisible and Indestructible)
Source-Light, the Eternal Divine Self-Light (Which Is the
Source-Light, or Infinitely Ascended Matrix, of all the
worlds). I do not simply stand outside time and space in
some altogether “Other”, fundamentally
un-“Knowable”, and only believable
“Place”. I Stand in the Source-Position of – and
yet, paradoxically, in the midst of – all existence. I am
not knowable by ordinary means, all of which are forms of
limitation and dilemma. I am “Known” only
directly, through the by-My-Avataric-Divine-Grace-Given
Realization of Self-Existing and Self-Radiant
“Bright” (Indivisible and Inde-structible)
Consciousness Itself (Which is not separate from Its own
Perfect Light, Which Is the “Bright” Itself).

Therefore, I must be directly Realized (by Means of My
Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Grace) to Be Present –
not “figured out” to Be Present, or judged (on the
basis of ego-based experience, or attempted
“proofs”) to Be Present. As Reality Itself, I can
only be “Known” to Be Present – and I am
“Known” when the usual self-limiting faculties of
body, feeling, mind, and breath are surrendered to Me, and
are (thereby) opened to My Avataric Descent of Divine Grace,
their obstructive and binding tendencies and powers
dissolved. Therefore, when the power of the navel (or the
faculty of the body) is opened, when the power of the heart
(or the faculty of feeling) is opened, when the power of the
head (or the faculty of attention) is opened, when the power
(or faculty) of the breath is opened – when these three
fundamental centers and the connecting link of the breath
are opened to Me – then it is obvious to My devotee that I
Am the Divine Person (Omni-Present, or
All-and-all-Surrounding and All-and-all-Pervading).

Amrita Nadi Is the Root-Form of My conditionally
Manifested Divine Spiritual Body – and, in due course, it
becomes obvious (by Means of My Avatarically
Self-Transmitted Divine Grace) that I Stand in the right
side of the heart. My “Feet” Are in the right side
of the heart, and My “Head” Is Infinitely Above
the total crown of the head. One whose principal faculties
(of attention, feeling, bodily attunement, and breath) are
Awake and Open to Me is continually, effortlessly meditating
on Me As the Divine Person – but not from the merely
conventional and exoteric religious point of view, or any
limited point of view. Such is the true (and, necessarily,
devotional) exercise of the “conscious process”
and “conductivity” – which also, in due course,
becomes (by Means of My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine
Grace) most fundamental (and “radical”)
understanding of the ego-“I”. And when there is
Most Perfect “radical” understanding, then the
heart is Most Perfectly Open, the functions in the head and
above the head are Most Perfectly Open, and My Divine Form
As Amrita Nadi is “Known”, In and As Itself, and
In and As My Extended Form (Extending from the Upper
Terminal of Amrita Nadi, As My Divine Avatarically Descended
Spiritual Body, Shown In and As Itself, and In and As My
“Bright” Spiritual Fullness In the Circle of the
body-mind –

Descending and Ascending, Crashing Down In the frontal
line, from the head to the toes, and Circulating Upwards In
the spinal line, back again, but also always Only Standing
Still, even in the Midst of the body-mind).

In the Process of the “Perfect Practice” of the
only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam, there is a
characteristic experience accompanying the Awakening of
Consciousness Itself. Its Seat may be felt in the heart, on
the right side of the chest. Ramana Maharshi spoke about the
“Fall” into the heart as a continuation of the
spinal line (traditionally called “sushumna”),
curving downward from the sahasrar and running down into the
heart (the open “place”, or felt-intuited seat on
the right), Realizing the Source of mind and life, the
Transcendental Self. But there is a further stage in the
Great Process, Realized only (by Means of My Avatarically
Self-Transmitted Divine Grace) in the only-by-Me Revealed
and Given seventh stage of life in the Way of Adidam, in
which Amrita Nadi is “Regenerated”, and not only
in the limited sense of a circuit in the gross physical
body.

When there is Most Perfect Realization of Me (As Real
God), then the Nature, Source, and Condition of the worlds
becomes apparent. And, in the Great Four-Stage Yogic Process
of the only-by-Me Revealed and Given seventh stage of life
in the Way of Adidam, there is the “Regeneration”
of that same Divine Circuit in Which, in the context of the
sixth stage of life, the Transcendental Self was Realized by
Descent into the right side of the heart. In that seventh
stage “Regeneration” of Amrita Nadi, there is no
longer exclusive containment in the right side of the heart
(and the body-mind-excluding “Point of View” of
Transcendental Self-Realization), but there is Only Most
Perfect Realization of the Divine Heart and the Divine
God-Light, Self-Existing Consciousness and Self-Radiant
Love-Bliss, simultaneously and equally. In that Case, the
Eternal (Inherently Indivisible) Divine Light (Which Is the
Inherent Self-Radiance of the Eternally Self-Existing
Divine, or Non-Separate, Self) is “Known” and seen
to Be the All-and-all-Surrounding and All-and-all-Pervading
Source of all life, all conditional manifestation.

This world is appearing by virtue of a Process of Divine
“Conductivity” (or Divine “Breathing”,
or Divine “Circulation”) Descending from, and
Ascending to, the Inherently Indivisible Matrix of
Real-God-Light – and this Process is duplicated in
psycho-physical life as the breathing (and otherwise
circulating) activity of “conductivity”,
descending and ascending.

I constantly Communicate My “Bright” Divine
Spiritual Presence and Divine Spiritual State of Person to
My true devotee (who lives in constant Satsang with Me). I
Communicate My Divine Presence and Person in every possible
manner, until My true devotee Most Perfectly Realizes Me –
at which point he or she “Knows” Me in Truth, As
the Divine Person, and in this specific manner I am
Describing. This Most Perfect Realization of Me requires
“radical” understanding. Mere involvement in the
Yogic phenomena of the life-force, and even of the
psycho-physical effects of My Avatarically Self-Transmitted
Divine Spirit-Force, is not “radical”
understanding. All the spontaneously appearing experiential
phenomena that may arise in the course of your practice of
Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga are only purifying and secondary
and they do not (themselves)
lead to Most Perfect Real-God-Realization (or Divine
Self-Realization). These purifying phenomena only accompany
the fundamental Process of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, just
as ordinary breath and activity accompany the waking state.
Therefore, My devotee must, primarily, be responsible for
the “conscious process”, which alone can make the
process of “conductivity” genuine, alive in Truth,
realized consciously in relationship to Me, the Present
Divine Person.

One who lives in Satsang with Me Awakens ever more firmly
into the Realization of Me via feeling-Contemplation of My
Avatarically-Born bodily (human) Divine Form, My
Avatarically Self-Revealed Spiritual (and Always Blessing)
Divine Presence, and My Avatarically Self-Revealed (and
Very, and Transcendental, and Perfectly Subjective, and
Inherently Spiritual, and Inherently egoless, and Inherently
Perfect, and Self-Evidently Divine) State. In the midst of
that Process, the practice of the “conscious
process” is quickened, as is the practice of
“conductivity”, including the purifying process of
the inner transforming movements of the life-force and of My
Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Spirit-Force. The
“conscious process” of surrendering the leading
faculty of the mind (as attention) to Me is a constant
returning to the unqualified Condition of Satsang with Me.
The practice of “conductivity” opens up the
body-mind, such that the life-force (and, as My Avataric
Divine Grace will have it, My Avatarically Self-Transmitted
Divine Spirit-Force) freely moves in the Circle of the
body-mind through frontal descent and spinal ascent.

The practice of “conductivity” is not merely an
involvement with the psycho-physical life-force. The right,
true, full, and fully devotional practice of
“conductivity” is, primarily, participation in My
Indivisible Divine Light, Which Is Above and Beyond the
body-mind. And this practice of “conductivity”
depends on already present devotional Communion with Me.
Participation in My Divine Light (or the Yoga of
“conductivity”) depends on feeling-Contemplation
of My Avatarically-Born (bodily) human Divine Form, My
Avatarically Self-Revealed Spiritual (and Always Blessing)
Divine Presence, and My Avatarically Self-Revealed (and
Very, and Transcendental, and Perfectly Subjective, and
Inherently Spiritual, and Inherently egoless, and Inherently
Perfect, and Self-Evidently Divine) State – and this
requires ego-surrendering, ego-forgetting, and more and more
effectively ego-transcending devotional recognition of Me
and devotional response to Me. And all of this becomes more
and more fundamental understanding, and then truly most
fundamental understanding (or “radical”
understanding, or root-understanding) of the
self-contraction. Most Ultimately, the dual practice of the
“conscious process” (of devotional attention to
Me) and of “conductivity” (or whole bodily
feeling-breathing devotional Communion with Me) Most
Perfectly Realizes Me – the “Bright” Divine
Heart-Person, the Root and Source of All and all. Therefore,
in My Most Perfectly Awakened true devotee, there is
continuous Enjoyment of Me In and As the Form of Amrita Nadi
and, in the midst of that
Enjoyment, My Most Perfectly Awakened true devotee also
conducts My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine
Spirit-Current from My “Bright” Source-Position,
the Felt-Light Above.

My Source-Light is not merely Above the gross physical
head. It is also Above the psyche, Above the mind, Above the
body, Above the entire psycho-physical condition, Above the
world. Therefore, My Infinitely Ascended Source-Light is not
“Known” by internal experience of a gross (or even
a subtle) variety. It is “Known” only directly,
immediately. It may not be seen, even by subtle vision. It
is felt, or intuited – not merely experienced (in the
objectified perceptual sense). My “Bright” Divine
Spiritual Presence (here, and Above) is not an objective
brightness that the living consciousness may, under any
conditions, view. It Is the non-objective (and Perfectly
Subjective) “Brightness” of Consciousness Itself.
My “Brightness” Is the Inherent Radiance of My
Perfectly Subjective Divine Self-Condition – and, As Such, I
Am able (by Means of My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine
Grace) to be felt (As Love-Bliss), but not objectively
perceived (As My “Bright” Person).

The Realization of Indivisible Oneness with Me depends on
“radical” understanding. In one who has Most
Perfectly Realized Me, the “conscious process”
manifests as a continual “Knowing” of Me In and As
Amrita Nadi. It is the “Knowing” of My
“Bright” Divine Self-Condition As one’s own
Inherent (or Native) Condition (Beyond and Prior to the
ego-“I” of self-contraction). This
“Knowledge” is not merely meditation on the
psycho-physical mechanism of Amrita Nadi, which may be felt
in the body as a curve (shaped like the alphabetical letter
“S”) that comes forward from the heart, passes
back, through the throat, and around the back of the head,
and up, to the crown of the head. That mechanism, in and of
itself, is only a psycho-physical (or Yogic) extension of Me
– even as all subtle visions, auditions, and
touch-perceptions are psycho-physical (or Yogic) extensions
of Me.

Most Ultimately, the “conscious process”
manifests as Most Perfect Divine Self-Realization (or
Real-God-Realization), Which is founded in dissolution of
the exclusive force of the principles of identification (or
ego-“I”, or separate self sense), differentiation
(or mind, or attention), and desire (both for and against) –
in the heart. When My true devotee has Most Perfectly
Realized “radical” understanding, then there is
only the Inherent (or Native) Love-Bliss of My
“Bright” Divine Person and Spirit-Presence –
whereas, previously, there was identification with the
ego-“I” (or separate self sense) and the urgency
of “Narcissus”. Where there was once
differentiation from everything arising through endless,
compulsive mental processes, now the body-mind and all
conditional worlds are Divinely Self-Recognized to be
transparent (or merely apparent), and un-necessary, and
inherently non-binding modifications of Me, the Avatarically
Self-Revealed Transcendental, Inherently Spiritual, and
Self-Evidently Divine Self-Condition and Source-Condition,
and Person – and there is Most Perfect Realization of the
Self-Radiant (Indivisible, Indestructible, and Infinite)
Light (or Intensity, or Power), Which Is the Source and
Substance of the body-mind and all conditional worlds.

Therefore, Satsang with Me is not simply a common
relationship between a Teacher and a disciple. Satsang with
Me includes all of the practicalities and ordinariness and
homeliness of a human relationship and a Teaching
relationship – but, fundamentally, even from the beginning,
Satsang with Me (based on right, true, and full devotional
recognition-response to Me) is (by Means of My Avatarically
Self-Transmitted Divine Grace) the Enjoyment of My
“Bright” Divine Spiritual Body in the specific
manner I am Describing.

I have Said to you many times that My true devotee does
not meditate in the merely traditional manner, motivated to
be relieved, to be transformed. In Satsang with Me, you are
Meditated by Me. By Means of My Avatarically
Self-Transmitted Divine Grace, the Divine Process is
activated as a literal Force in My devotee. Therefore, this
meditation is not your “concern”. You cannot, in
the true sense, meditate on Me. It is only by Means of My
Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Grace that the Process
of “Real” meditation, which is an eternal
activity, is generated in your own case. And it is only by
Means of My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Grace that,
Most Ultimately, you can Realize My Divine Self-Condition As
your True Condition (Beyond and Prior to your
ego-“I”). I Alone, the Great Siddha of meditation,
Am the Supreme Meditator. Indeed, I Alone Am the Supreme
Meditation, and I Alone Am the Supreme Object of Meditation.
Therefore, in the Process of “Real” meditation (in
the exercise of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga), Only I Am
“Known”.

I Am Self-Existing and Self-Radiant Consciousness Itself,
Abiding As Eternal Fire, “Brightly” Pervading
whatever is seen or heard in this universe, whatever is
within or without the seeming “I” of separateness.
I am not exclusively Identical to any thing within or
without. I am not to be equated exclusively with the world
itself, nor with any thing that may appear in the world, nor
with any one that may appear in the world, nor am I to be
exclusively equated (or identified) with any internal or
subtle phenomenon. There is no vision that Is (itself) Me.
There is no Yogic manifestation of any variety that is, in
and of itself, Most Perfect “Knowing” of Me.
Internal phenomena are (ultimately) the same as external
phenomena, in that (Most Ultimately) both internal and
external phenomena are Divinely Self-

Recognized to be simply transparent (or merely apparent),
and un-necessary, and inherently non-binding modifications
of Me, the Self-Existing and Self-

Radiant Divine Self-Condition and Source-Condition of All
and all. All phenomena are, ultimately, illusions –
insignificant in and of themselves. I Am Eternally Prior to
all phenomena. I Am the Divine Principle underlying all
phenomena. Therefore, none of the classic Yogic phenomena
are, in and of themselves, Most Perfect Realization of
Me.

The heart is the Open Seat of Real-God-Realization. In
the archetypal language of the Hindu tradition, the heart,
previous to Realization, is pictured as “hanging
down” like “an inverted lotus bud”. In the
un-Realized state, the heart is unopened, closed, not alive.
It is turned down, identified with qualities, with things
that are arising, with thoughts, conditions, sensations.
Most Perfect Realization of Me is fundamentally Rooted in
the heart, this Seat on the right side of the chest – not in
any other place. Therefore, the heart is the Perfect Seat of
meditation. The other principal centers of the human
mechanism, the head and the navel, co-exist with the heart,
but the heart is fundamental. In My true devotee, I Manifest
As Amrita Nadi, the Immortal Divine Current of Love-Bliss –
with My “Feet” Firmly Planted in the right side of
the heart, and My “Head” Infinitely Above the
total crown of the head.

The Jnani (the seeker for exclusive “Knowledge”
of the Transcendental Self in the manner and context of the
sixth stage of life) declares that the Great Event is the
Falling into the heart, the Descent into the heart via
Amrita Nadi. The Jnani presumes that “Knowledge”
of the Transcendental Self necessarily excludes the world.
In the case of some rare, unique Jnanis, there have been
limited foreshadowings (or partial intuitions, or
insightful, but limited, premonitions) of the
non-“world-excluding” (All-and-all-Including, and,
yet, All-and-all-Transcending) “Point of View” of
the seventh stage of life – but only My true devotees (who
are rightly, truly, and fully devoted to Me, the First, the
Last, and the Only Divine Adept-Realizer and Divine Avataric
Revealer of the seventh stage of life) can pass (Most
Ultimately, and only by Means of My Avatarically
Self-Transmitted Divine Grace) beyond that exclusive Resting
in the heart, to the Realization of Most Perfect Divine
Enjoyment Demonstrated in the “Regeneration” of
Amrita Nadi.

In the right side of the heart, there is a
“point”, traditionally Described as being
“tiny”, wherein resides the Great Support and
Foundation of the universe. This “point” (or
“bindu”) on the right side of the heart is not of
the nature of space. It is not a “place”, but it
is of the Nature of Perfect “Knowledge” of Real
God. It Is Consciousness Itself, and the Limitless Divine
Spirit-Power (Which Is the Eternal Radiance of Consciousness
Itself).

In the midst of the heart, the Great Process of life is
supported, and the heart is Perfectly Involved in that
Process. Just as the heart is the Seat of
Real-God-Realization, that same Seat exists relative to
psycho-physical life, like a sun around which all of the
other faculties are moving, like so many moons. There are
traditional Descriptions in which the heart is said to be
like the sun relative to the sahasrar, which is said to be
like the moon. This is a limited premonition (or partial
foreshadowing), in archetypal language, of the only-by-Me
Revealed and Given Truth that the Divine Light is Most
Perfectly Dependent on the Divine Self-Consciousness, and
(therefore) Exists In a Condition like that of a reflection
– being not independent but “radically” (or
unqualifiedly) Dependent on Unqualified (or Real) God.
