9.02 The Structure of the Adidam Holy Institution

  1. The Adidam Holy Institution is a nonprofit religious corporation organized under the laws of the State of California.
  2. The Ruchira Sannyasin Order Office of Sacred Authority exercises culturally governing (that is to say, sacred, ecclesiastical, and entirely non-administrative, non-financial, non-managerial, and non-secular) authority over all the activities of the Adidam Holy Institution. The Sacred Authority Office is the means Given by Avatar Adi Da to extend His Own Source-Authority over the manifestation of His Work (in all its forms) in perpetuity.
  3. The Adidam Holy Institution is integral to the Divine Avataric Work of Avatar Adi Da, and hence, subject to this Code of Sacred Governance, usages, and disciplines thereof. The corporation cannot take or allow any action that is contrary to or inconsistent with the Revelation-Word of Avatar Adi Da and the Sacred Principles and Purposes of His Work in all its forms as authoritatively interpreted solely and exclusively by the formal Sacred Authority Office that He Established to extend His Source-Authority over all His Work.
  4. All uses by the Adidam Holy Institution of Avatar Adi Da’s Forms of Divine Agency and His Sacred Treasures—Including

His Word, Likeness, Leelas, Image-Art, Literary Works, Theatrical Works, and all other intellectual property—must be formally culturally approved by the Sacred Authority Office, and are subject to formal licensing agreements with the Adidam Holy Samrajya, as described in Article 7.01 of this Code.

  1. If, in any particular period of time, there are not sufficient members of the Lay Renunciate Order to fully staff the Lay Renunciate Order Office and all of the primary service functions and the principal managerial positions in the Adidam Holy Institution, exemplary members of the Forward Lay Congregationist Order or the Lay Congregationist Order shall temporarily fill these positions, with the permission of the Sacred Authority Office.
  2. The Adidam Holy Institution has a Board of Directors and a voting membership. The sole voting member of the Adidam Holy Institution is the Ruchira Secretariat, a California nonprofit organization that provides secular expression to Sacred Authority. The

Everything altogether done day to day by My devotees should bring more devotees under vow. This requires a global process by which My devotees are truly culturally prepared to provide the services for people to come under vow, and, once under vow, to establish the practice— such that they can enter into the culture of access to Me.
