Beezone operates under the “fair use” exemption to (U.S.) copyright law. Copyright law was created to allow things such as commentary, parody, news reporting, research and education about copyrighted works without the permission of the author. Protecting rights which is vital so that copyright law doesn’t block the freedom to express creative works.
What matters most is whether another person’s intent is appropriated and whether the commercial value of the work is harmed.
