And Keep Your Feeling -attention In My Love-Bliss

In The Way Of The Heart, The Essence Of The Conscious Process, In Its Spiritually Awakened (or Truly Seeing) Form, Is This: Keep attention In The Grace-Given Love-Bliss, and Thereby Release mind and body Into The Condition Of Love-Bliss Itself.

If and When My Devotee Enters The “Advanced” Fourth Stage Of Life In The Way Of The Heart (and, In Due Course, The Possible General Context Of The Fifth Stage Of Life In The Way Of The Heart), The Primary Means For Keeping attention In The Grace-Given Love-Bliss Is Either The Conscious Process Of Technically “Elaborate” self-Enquiry (and Re-Cognition) At The Ajna Door Or The Conscious Process Of Mahamantra Meditation (Which Is A Continuation Of The Technically “Elaborate” Practice Of True Prayer) At The Ajna Door Or (In The Context Of “Lay Congregationist” Practice Of The Way Of The Heart) The Technically “Simpler” Conscious Process Of self-Enquiry (and Re-Cognition) At The Ajna Door Or (In The Context Of “Lay Congregationist” Practice Of The Way Of The Heart) The Technically “Simpler” (or Even “Simplest”) Conscious Process Of True Prayer At The Ajna Door. And The Secondary (or Supportive) Seeing-Means For Keeping attention In The Grace-Given Love-Bliss Includes The Continuation Of All The Kinds Of daily functional, practical, relational, and Cultural Disciplines, As Well As The Continuation (and Development) Of The Various Yogic Exercises Of Spirit-Conductivity.

When, In The Way Of The Heart, Spiritually Activated Meditation Is (Spontaneously, and Then, On The Basis Of That Same Spontaneous Impulse, Intentionally) Engaged At The Ajna Door, It (Even Effortlessly) Becomes Ascending Meditation.

In The Way Of The Heart, The Primary Intention (or Otherwise Spontaneous Purpose) Of Ascending Meditation Is To Transcend thoughts and sensations (or all of the conditional movements and objects of attention) By Contemplating (or Submitting Feeling-attention Into) The (By Grace Revealed, and Ascended ) Place, Source, Carrier, Spirit-Current, or Spirit-Matrix In Which thoughts and sensations Are arising.

When (and If) You Are Given To Practice The Way Of The Heart In This (Ascending) Manner, Instead Of Following thoughts and sensations themselves (and Thus Merely Observing and Submitting To their Potential permutations or results), Always Trace thoughts and sensations To their Mysteriously “Objective” (and Yet Formless, Imageless, and Soundless) Point and Space Of Origin Above.

When (and If) You Are Given To Practice The Way Of The Heart In This (Ascending) Manner, Freely Allow thoughts and sensations To arise, but Do Not Passively Indulge In them.

When (and If) You Are Given To Practice The Way Of The Heart In This (Ascending) Manner, Constantly Control and Concentrate attention (or mind) At The Ajna Door and Above With (Technically “Elaborate”) Random self-Enquiry and Re-Cognition, or Otherwise (In The Technically “Elaborate” Manner) With One or Another Form Of The Mahamantra I Will Describe To You (and Which You Should Receive and Accept Via Sacred and Sacramental Initiation, and As A Living and Direct Transmission, Potent With Blessing Power, From My Heart), or Else (If You Are Practicing As My Truly Both Hearing and Seeing “Lay Congregationist” Devotee, and In The Spontaneously Given “Advanced” Fourth Stage, or Fifth Stage, Of Life In The Way Of The Heart) With One or Another Form Of The Technically “Simpler”, or Even “Simplest”, Conscious Process.

In The Way Of The Heart, This Practice Of Ascended Concentration (If It Continues) Tends To Become thought-Transcending and sensation-Transcending Feeling-Contemplation Of The Inherent Love-Bliss Of The By Me Revealed Spirit-Current (or Carrier) Above (and It May Even Become Absorption and Temporary Transcendence Of attention In The Matrix Above, In Utterly Ascended, or Fifth Stage, conditional Nirvikalpa Samadhi).

When (In The Way Of The Heart) mind-Seeking (or The Pursuit Of conceptual thoughts) and sensation-Seeking (or The Pursuit Of gross and subtle perceptual objects) Become (In Due Course) Relaxed By These Means (and By The Penetrating Exercise Of Total Heart-Practice That Must Directly Transcend all limitations and All limited Realizations), The Simple (and Native) Truth Of Inherent Identification With The Witness-Position Of Consciousness (Rather Than the activity of attention) Will (or Must) Become Spontaneously and Steadily Obvious, and The “Perfect Practice” (or The Ultimate and Inherently Perfect Process) Of The Way Of The Heart (Beginning In The Context Of The Sixth Stage Of Life) Will (In That Event) Really Begin.
